Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a booking
You can cancel a booking any time from My Bookings. What comes back to your card depends on how far ahead of the workshop start you cancel:

| 7 days or more before the start | 100% of the ticket price |
| Between 48 hours and 7 days before | 50% of the ticket price |
| Less than 48 hours before | No refund |
Not showing up
A booking you neither attend nor cancel (a no-show) is not refunded, and the seat is not released for someone else.
When you are always refunded in full
The cancellation tiers above apply when you change your mind. They never apply in these cases, where you receive 100% back however close to the start it happens:
- The studio cancels the session, or your individual spot.
- The time or the venue changes materially and you do not accept the change.
- The workshop was not as described — a materially different activity, duration, or what was included.
These are your rights under UAE consumer law and nothing on this page or in our Terms reduces them. If you believe one applies, contact us and a person will review it.
If a class sells out while you are paying
Very occasionally two people check out for the last seat at the same time. If your payment lands after the class has filled, we refund you 100% automatically and email you — you never hold a ticket to a full class.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, allow up to 10 days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Something unusual?
For cases the tiers do not cover — a medical emergency, a duplicate charge — use the contact details here and a person will look at it individually.
