Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account: your name, email and avatar, from the sign-in provider you choose (e.g. Google).
- Bookings: the attendee name and UAE mobile number you enter, plus a record of the policy version you accepted and when.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We keep the amount, status and a payment reference — never your card details.
- Profile extras you choose to add: photos, a bio, a city. All optional and editable by you.
How it is used
- Your name and mobile number are shared with the studio you book, so they can confirm your spot. That is the purpose you consent to at booking — we do not share them with other studios or advertisers.
- Booking and payment records are kept as required for accounting and disputes.
- We use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand what to improve.
Where you control it
Your profile, photos and city are editable from your account. Cancelling a booking follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy. To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, contact us below.
